Delivery Area and Time
We deliver products within Finland. Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and can vary between 2–7 business days. -

We offer various shipping options, including postal services and courier deliveries. The customer can select their preferred shipping method at checkout. -
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined based on the order's weight, size, and delivery address. The shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment. In certain promotional campaigns, we may offer free shipping under specific conditions. -
Order Tracking
A tracking code will be provided upon request via email once the order has been dispatched, provided that the chosen shipping method supports tracking. -
Delays and Shipping Issues
If there are any delays in processing or delivering the order, we will inform the customer as soon as possible. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers or force majeure circumstances. -
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If the product arrives damaged or the shipment is lost during transit, the customer must notify our customer service immediately. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damages for claim processing. -
Warehouse Pickup
Customers may have the option to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse, if this option is available. Pickup must be arranged in advance. -
Address Information and Successful Delivery
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the provided shipping address is correct and complete. If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, a reshipping fee may apply. -
